Deidre Bain graduated with a Higher Diploma in Secondary Art and Craft, and a
Graduate Diploma in Graphic Communication from Melbourne University.
She has been an educational leader, teacher, and practising artist for over 30 years
and has shown in many venues throughout the state.
Deidre has engaged widely in professional development and shared her knowledge
with others, especially secondary students in Years 7 to 12, and now people of all
ages and backgrounds, mainly from Golden Plains and Greater Geelong.
In 2024, she joined Golden Plains Arts Incorporated, meeting the members and
participating in its art trails and exhibitions.
