Golden Plains Arts Inc. (GP Arts Inc.) is a not-for-profit, volunteer-run organisation that celebrates and supports creativity across the Golden Plains Shire and beyond. We bring together artists, creatives and art lovers, from beginners to professionals through exhibitions, workshops, social gatherings and shared opportunities.

When you become a member, you’re not just joining an art group, you’re helping to grow a creative and connected community. Your membership supports our work to:

Create more opportunities for artists to exhibit and collaborate
Deliver local arts events and workshops
Promote the arts across the region through our website, newsletters, and social media
Advocate for artists and creative projects within the community and with local council

Simply deposit your general membership fee of $30 into our bank account :

How to join GP Arts Inc

Simply complete the membership form, confirm that you support our purpose, agree to follow our member guidelines and pay the annual fee.

Affiliate / sponsorship membership – $50 per group per year

Golden Plains Arts Inc. (GP Arts Inc.) welcomes partnerships with professional artists, community groups, collectives, and arts organisations that share our passion for creativity and connection.

Affiliate membership provides individual artists and collectives with the opportunity to introduce themselves via our Affiliate members/sponsor page, share news and and promote upcoming events, workshops classes via the Golden Plains Arts website, facebook and social media platforms. While affiliate members’ events are not covered under GP Arts Inc.’s insurance, they benefit from increased visibility and a supportive creative community.

What we offer affiliate members and sponsors

Promotion of your group/organisation or events through the GP Arts Inc website, newsletter and calendar of events
Social media coverage and tagging in relevant posts
Listing on the GP Arts Inc. website as an Affiliate Member (including logo, description, and link)
Opportunity to collaborate on exhibitions, events, or programs
Permission to display “Affiliate of GP Arts Inc” on their own promotional materials with prior approval of GP Arts Inc
Display logos of Sponsors and Affiliated Organisation members.
Low cost short term hire of GP Arts Inc equipment e.g. easels, A frames, flags etc

How to renew your affiliate membership

Simply deposit your affiliate membership fee of $50 into our bank account:

Please write Affiliate and the name of your organisation such as: Affiliate [Banno Art Group] in the references section.

How to join as an affiliate member

Simply complete the online membership form and make payment as directed.
By applying, you agree to follow the Constitution of Golden Plains Arts Inc. and our Affiliated Membership Rules and Code of Conduct.
