- Membership and event details
- Photos of you at our events, or artwork you choose to share with us
- Your interests (like the Sketchers Group, exhibitions or workshops)

We use your information to:
- Stay in touch about our programs, events and groups
- Process memberships and ticket sales
- Share artwork and member profiles on our website and socials ( if you’ve agreed)
- Promote groups you’ve told us you’re interested in
- Improve what we do and meet our legal requirements
We will never sell or swap your details with anyone else.
Photos and artwork
We sometimes take photos at events to celebrate and promote what we do. Artists can also choose to send us images of their work. By sharing these with us, you’re giving us permission to use them for newsletters, our website and promotions.
Sharing with affiliate groups
If you’ve told us you’re interested in an affiliate group (like the Sketchers Group), we may share your details with that group so you can be involved.
Storage and security
Your information is stored securely in our systems. We take care to protect it from misuse or unauthorised access.
Keeping your information
We only keep your information for as long as we need it to run memberships and activities, or as required by law. You can ask us to update or delete your details at any time (except where we’re required to keep records).
