Delivery & Collection

You are responsible for delivering and collecting your artwork at the
dates and times available for this exhibition.
Delivery of artwork directly to Haddon CLC on Thursday 8 October, 2026:-

Drop Off Details for submission:
– Haddon Community Learning Centre, 396 Sago Hill Road, Haddon, 3351
– 8 October 2026 between 9:00am and 11:00am

OR

– Bannockburn Art Group @ Bannockburn Cultural Centre,
27 High Street, Bannockburn, 3331
– Thursday 8 October, 2026 from 11:00am

Selling Your Artwork

Unless advised otherwise for a particular exhibition, sales are arranged
directly between the artist and the buyer. GP Arts does not process
payment on your behalf.

Insurance

Artists are responsible for arranging their own insurance for artwork
entered in the exhibition. Further information is included in our

Upload Images of Your Artwork

Please upload a clear photo of each artwork you are entering.

You can upload an existing photo from your phone, tablet or computer, or take a photo using your phone camera.

Before uploading, please check that:

  • the whole artwork can be clearly seen
  • the image is the correct way up
  • the photo is clear and well lit

Accepted image types: JPG, JPEG, PNG, HEIC and HEIF.
Maximum file size: 10 MB per image.
